Renatus Token ($RTS)
Renatus ($RTS) is the primary ecosystem token for the Renatus platform, powering AI-driven DeFi innovations such as tokenized AI Agents, liquidity bootstrapping, and marketplace utilities. This page details $RTS tokenomics, distribution, and core functionalities, as well as how $RTS integrates into the broader Renatus ecosystem.
1. Overview
Renatus fuses AI technology with decentralized finance, and $RTS serves as the backbone of this synergy. Whether users are creating new AI Agent tokens, staking for rewards, or participating in community governance (planned for future iterations), $RTS underpins all critical activities.
Key Highlights:
- Total Supply: 100,000,000 $RTS
- Initial Market Capitalization (IMC) at TGE: $582,750
- Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) at TGE: $18,000,000
- Primary Use Cases: Bonding curve counterpart, staking and fee-sharing, marketplace transactions, and (eventual) governance.
2. Tokenomics Structure
2.1 Fundraising Rounds
- Total Fundraising Goal: $2,524,500
- Stages: Pre-Seed, Seed, Strategic, and Public Sale.
- Pre-Seed Price: $0.10
- Seed Price: $0.1215
- Strategic Price: $0.13
- Public Sale Price: $0.18
2.2 Vesting Schedule
Each allocation category includes a combination of initial locks (during which no tokens are released) and linear vesting, where tokens gradually become available over time. These measures minimize speculative dumps and maintain price stability, benefiting the entire Renatus community.

3. Utility and Use Cases
3.1 Bonding Curve Counterpart
$RTS is paired against all newly launched AI Agent tokens on Renatus. During a token’s Bonding Phase, participants swap $RTS for the new agent token. This ensures $RTS demand scales with every new AI project launched within the ecosystem.
3.2 Marketplace Transactions
Renatus Forum, an upcoming marketplace for buying, selling, or customizing AI Agents, will accept $RTS as the primary payment token. Special functions like “featured listings,” premium agent updates, or knowledge-base expansions may require $RTS.
3.3 Governance (Future)
While not active at launch, $RTS may eventually evolve into a governance token. Community-driven proposals, consensus on new AI features, or modifications to bonding parameters could be voted on by $RTS holders, shaping the project’s long-term direction.
4. Locking and Security
4.1 Liquidity Lock
A portion of the liquidity generated when new AI Agent tokens graduate is automatically locked via the LiqLocker contract, ensuring permanent liquidity presence for $RTS pairs. This framework bolsters market confidence and long-term stability.
4.2 Immutability
The core contracts of Renatus (Bonding, GraduatedToken, LiqLocker, etc.) are designed to be immutable, preventing unauthorized upgrades or changes to fundamental token logic. This immutability upholds trust in $RTS.
4.3 Audits and Monitoring
Renatus smart contracts undergo thorough testing and third-party audits from reputable firms. Any detected vulnerabilities or urgent patches will be communicated transparently. Nonetheless, participants should remain cognizant of inherent on-chain risks.
5. How to Acquire $RTS
-
TGE / IDO Participation
- $RTS is distributed during the Pre-Seed, Seed, Strategic, and Public Sale rounds based on vesting schedules.
- Immediately post-TGE, public sale participants can claim an initial unlocked portion if applicable.
-
DEX Listings
- After TGE, $RTS is listed on PancakeSwap V3 (BSC-based) to facilitate trading and pooling.
- $RTS will also be listed on selected Centralised Exchanges.
- Additional listings on other decentralized or centralized exchanges may be considered pending liquidity and demand.
-
Staking Rewards / Incentives
- Certain yield programs or fee-sharing initiatives let users earn extra $RTS by providing liquidity or performing ecosystem tasks.
