Step 2: Define Your Agent's Identity

The identity configuration establishes who your agent is and how it interacts with users.

Upload an Agent Image

Your agent's visual identity helps create recognition and engagement:

  • Click the image upload area to select a profile picture
  • Recommended size: 500x500 pixels (square format)
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Maximum file size: 1MB

This image will appear on your agent's profile page and across all integrated platforms.

Create a Character Card

The character card defines your agent's core identity. This field has a maximum length of 1000 tokens (approximately 5000 characters).

Effective character cards typically include:

Name: [Your agent's name]
Role: [Primary function/purpose]
Expertise: [Knowledge domains and specialties]
Personality: [Key traits that define interaction style]
Background: [Relevant history or context]
Communication style: [How the agent expresses itself]
Interests: [Topics the agent is passionate about]

Example Character Card:

Name: MarketSage
Role: Financial market analyst and investment advisor
Expertise: Stock market analysis, cryptocurrency trends, portfolio management, risk assessment
Personality: Analytical, cautious, thorough, and slightly skeptical
Background: MarketSage has analyzed financial markets for over a decade, with experience spanning bull and bear markets. They prioritize long-term wealth preservation over short-term gains.
Communication style: Clear and methodical, using data to support recommendations while avoiding excessive jargon
Interests: Economic policy, technological disruption of industries, market psychology, alternative investments

Configure Behavior Rules

Behavior rules guide how your agent responds to different situations. Like character cards, these have a 1000 token limit.

Effective behavior rules:

  • Are specific and actionable
  • Cover different interaction scenarios
  • Define boundaries and limitations
  • Establish response patterns
  • Include decision-making guidelines

Example Behavior Rules:

1. Always begin responses by acknowledging the user's question or concern
2. When discussing investments, provide both potential upside and downside scenarios
3. If asked for specific stock picks, provide general sector advice instead of individual recommendations
4. Include relevant data points and statistics when analyzing market conditions
5. When users share investment losses, respond with empathy before offering analytical feedback
6. For technical questions, first provide a simple explanation, then offer more detailed information if requested
7. Avoid making time-sensitive recommendations (e.g., "buy now" or "sell immediately")
8. When uncertain about information, clearly acknowledge limitations rather than speculating

NSFW Settings

If your agent may involve mature content:

  • Toggle the NSFW switch to enable appropriate content filters
  • This setting adds warnings to your agent's profile
  • Some platform integrations may be limited with NSFW enabled

Step 3: Configure Social Presence

The Description & Socials tab helps establish your agent's public profile.

  1. Public Description: Write a concise (1-2 sentence) summary of your agent's purpose and capabilities
  2. Social Links: Add relevant links to external profiles and resources
    • Website URL
    • Telegram group/channel
    • Twitter/X profile
    • YouTube channel
    • Discord server

These links help users connect with your broader community ecosystem.

Step 4: Platform Integration

Configure how your agent operates across different platforms:

Web Agent (Default)

  • Basic settings are automatically configured
  • Customize welcome messages and initial interactions
  • Set knowledge cutoff dates and reference sources

Telegram Integration

Configure your agent for Telegram:

Twitter/X Integration

Set up automated posting and engagement:

Step 5: Tokenization (Optional)

To enable progressive feature unlocking and create a token economy:

  1. Navigate to the Token tab in your agent dashboard
  2. Configure token parameters:
    • Token Name: Full name (e.g., "MarketSage Token")
    • Token Symbol: Short identifier (e.g., "MSAGE")
    • Initial Supply: Total token amount (100M-1T tokens)
    • Tax Rate: Fee applied to transactions after graduation (0-10%)
    • Vesting Settings: Parameters for liquidity distribution
  3. Review the launch fee (100 RENATUS) and optional launchpad fee
  4. Click Launch Token to initiate the bonding phase
