This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the standards and requirements for your use of the Renatus Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to adhere to this Policy at all times.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal or Unauthorized Use

  • You may not use the Platform for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • You may not launch or trade tokens if doing so is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not launch or trade tokens that are unlawful to trade with in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Fraud and Misrepresentation

  • You may not create tokens or engage in any activity intended to defraud or mislead others.
  • You must not impersonate Renatus, its staff, or any third party.

2.3 Malicious Content

  • You may not upload or distribute any material containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

2.4 AI Compliance

  • Any AI Agents you create or utilize must comply with relevant AI regulations, including EU AI rules and other laws in applicable jurisdictions.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Responsibility

  • You, or your entity, are solely responsible for the content you generate or share.

3.2 Accuracy

  • You must not knowingly provide or promote false, misleading, or otherwise incomplete information about a token or project.

3.3 Prohibited Content

  • Content promoting violence, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is not allowed.

4. General Use Guidelines

4.1 Ethical Conduct

  • Users are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with other members of the Platform.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Fair Use

  • Excessive or automated usage that could disrupt the normal functioning of the Platform is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
  • Activities that burden or degrade the Platform’s performance for other users are not allowed.

4.3 Data Privacy

  • You must respect the privacy of others and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
  • Unauthorized collection or storage of personal data from the Platform is prohibited.

4.4 Intellectual Property

  • You may not use the Platform to distribute, upload, or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Any use of Renatus branding, logos, or materials must be authorized in writing.

4.5 Security

  • Attempting to bypass or breach Platform security measures, or probing for vulnerabilities, is strictly forbidden.
  • You may not engage in phishing, spamming, or other deceptive practices.

4.6 Proper Use of Resources

  • Use of the Platform’s tools, APIs, or features must be within their intended scope and functionality.
  • Misuse or abuse of the Platform’s infrastructure for personal gain or malicious purposes is prohibited.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1 Platform Oversight

  • We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with this Policy.

5.2 Enforcement Actions

  • Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your access, at Renatus’s sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of severe violations.
