Renatus offers a verification process for certain tokens on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee their legality, legitimacy, or future value.

4. User Responsibilities

  1. Token Launch & Trading
    • You bear responsibility for launching or trading tokens on the Platform.
    • You acknowledge and accept the risk of potential losses on tokens, including those tradable via Renatus.
    • You agree not to launch or trade any tokens that violate local or international laws. If a token you launch uniquely may be illegal to trade with and interact with in certain jurisdictions, you agree to provide appropriate warnings to relevant users.
  2. AI Agent Compliance
    • You agree to comply with all applicable AI-related regulations, including EU regulations on AI.
    • You will not hold Renatus responsible for decisions or outcomes produced by AI Agents.
  3. Content & Conduct
    • You are solely responsible for all content you provide or generate using the Platform.
    • You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable laws.

5. Disclaimers

  1. No Financial or Legal Advice
    The information and services on the Platform do not constitute investment, financial, or legal advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult independent advisors before making any financial decisions.
  2. Token & Project Verification
    Renatus attempts to verify certain tokens and projects on a best-effort basis but does not warrant their legality, viability, or compliance.
  3. AI Outputs
    AI outputs (e.g., AI-based community moderation, trading signals) are informational only and may contain inaccuracies. Renatus is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on AI-driven outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. No Liability for User Actions
    Renatus is not liable for the actions of users or the outcomes of transactions initiated on the Platform.
  2. Platform Availability
    We strive to maintain uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation.
  3. Scope of Liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Renatus is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
